it was uncle todd's 30th birthday the other day. we tried to celebrate with him, but we couldn't get our schedules to sync up. finally we were able to plan on dinner tonight. i had wanted to cook him a nice meal, but due to my workout running late...we ended up going out to one of my favorite restaurants...texas land & cattle. we even picked up a little chocolate cake. it was too small to put 30 candles on it. i really wanted to do that!!!

lauren loved reading the nursery rhymes to uncle todd. it was a little difficult though since brandon kept trying to take the book away from them. what a little stinker!
