our first offer

there is no picture today. it wasn't that we forgot. we had planned on it. we even talked about doing it on the way to our agent's office. but we were already running behind getting on the road to dallas that we pretty much just handed the offer to our agent and peeled out the parking lot. i plan on cutting a piece of the offer letter copy to use in my project 365 photo album. but that was our big exciting news for today! crossing our fingers and praying that we get the house!
