anyway, jared picked out a new star wars book. it's actually a comic book. i thought that was a great idea since they are practicing making their own comics in class right now. and of course, he has his matching star wars shirt on!

lunch with a loved one
jared invited me to lunch with a loved one today. the school is hosting the spring book fair, so they had the kids invite a loved one for lunch and then have the loved one visit the book fair. on the rsvp form, they actually had it addressed to the grandparents. i guess they think that they'll spend more on their grandchild than a parent! ha ha.
